How To Regain Confidence After A Permanent Loss?

Losing control of your confidence is all about your emotional state and how you allow it in your life. Before you start learning how to regain confidence, I want to tell you to never forget this in your life: there is nothing you can lose permanently in your life. Its just you give yourself a tagline that I became like that and you start demotivating yourself instead of where you should appreciate, but you drag yourself into negative emotions and allow them to take over you, and when you allow your emotions to take over, its like jumping in a river, but I do not know how to swing. Yes, guys, our emotions are so powerful that they can make you or destroy you. It’s all up to you what you allow in your life. These are all just one aspect of your problem, but what is the reason why we lose confidence? 

Our confidence is like, no matter how small activities you are doing in your life, if you are getting a result that boosts your confidence, and if you are asking about how to gain confidence after a permanent loss, I can guess you did something or you were looking for something, but your efforts and actions did not provide you with the outcome you were looking for, which is why now you are feeling demotivated.

It’s ok, guys; most people don’t reach their target destination. It’s normal, but why is it normal? This all happens because people never decide before taking action and planning. If they do, they never follow the plan for a long period of time to get the result. The reason could also be that they directly set the big target, but when you don’t get the result, you start to be demotivated. These are all possible reasons. So now, what can you do to regain confidence? So here I will discuss a few steps that you can follow in any area of life to regain your confidence.

Your first step to regain confidence should be your what. Whatever you are doing in your life, no matter how small or big your ambitions, when your what is clear, the process of achieving and working gets smooth, and because of your what, you can constantly charge your confidence. I am not saying you will not be demotivated; you can, but when you have a clear direction in your life and in your actions, most probably you are going for it. and you will be so clear on what exactly the price is, and if your destination is clear and you don’t distract yourself and stay to the plan, then there are more changes to maintain your confidence. 

Note: Never try to set big goals at once. Your goal is clear; now break them into smaller steps and start working on them. Journeys can take time, and when you achieve small, small goals, they will keep giving you the energy you need.

Why 

Even after what is clear, some places you can start fading your confidence. I am not saying it is not important. “What” provides you with a clear destination. But why help you with, When obstacles and challenges come, whatever you are starting out on, the growth path is never smooth. Challenges will be there, and when they come, people start demotivating, especially when they do not get any solution. Here, your why can play a huge role in boosting your confidence. Why do you want to go to that destination? After reaching there, how can this change my life? Try to be specific: I will have money, I will become successful, I will get this, which could be anything but should be a strong reason, and when you do, you will most probably recover from your obstacles and look for solutions. and the confidence part will also be on track.

Now you are clear on your destination, what you want, and the reason why you want it. Now come your way. Here you start planning things, start deciding what needs to be done at what time, and start following that. Remember that there is no one rule book that should be in your life. You can achieve anything by making rules, but when you are not getting results, try to change your approach, not your destination. Never try to become stubborn with your plans for a solution when you are not getting along with your approaches. You should keep approaching new steps as needed. When you follow these three steps in your life, you can easily regain your confidence.
