Living life with no regrets It’s a mindset. Your asking this question is a big thing. Most people don’t even understand that it could be possible. Our lives are all about experiences, no matter whether you are doing something or not doing something, but experiences always happen in small or large portions, and this experience itself is the way of creation. Whatever you are seeing all around you right now is part of our experiences; some work through that experience; the rest is living through experience; and the process always stays active. 

Our regrets are always attached to our past actions and experiences; this happens in two categories: action-based and inaction-based. Action-based is when a person does something and now feels sad and disappointed about it, and inaction-based is when a person fails to do something and now thinks, I wish I had done that so that could happen. This kind of logic and emotional attachment can really impact our mental health and lifestyle. No one can do their best when they are attached to their past actions. You have to leave them behind to work your brain better, and when you do this, you can improve your life and happiness. Whatever steps become past that you can use for your lessons or what changes need to be made for a better result, and when you do this, your future outcomes also start taking shape because in the present you are taking steps and from your past mistakes you are learning and making yourself better for the future. This way, you never let yourself get stuck in a wish less cycle. You stay focused on your present, and when you are focused on your present, then present has no space for regrets.

Something is not in your control, and within that, any conflicts can be part of your life. Here, resolving them should be your priority. You should look deep into the issue, understand the satisfactions, and solve them. If you have to compromise something for it, you are doing it, but never letting those conflicts open. Try to completely resolve it and move on with your lesson.

Self-reflection allows you to go through your past actions with a clear understanding of why and how you did them. Sometimes, when we are going through the life process, we can make impulsive decisions, and when we do not correct them with proactive steps later in life, it can be part of our problem. Here, our self-reflection helps us to maintain our records, and you can get clarity at any time if you are maintaining your self-reflection on paper. This way, you are always allowing yourself to go through the filter process, deciding what is good for you and what is not good for you, and making corrections as per feedback. When your self-reflection is an active process in your life, regrets can never become part of it because you are already working and improving.
