Somewhere in our life journey, most people come across the question, How to change my life? How can somebody change their life? And this kind of curiosity and thinking start coming and disturbing a person’s life style when a person starts feeling bored in their current life style or when a person is looking for something different or wants more from life and comes with a desire, dream, and goals, and most of the time it happens when life shifts from adulthood to maturity and responsibility.
Change is an integral part of our lives; believe me, no one can be without touch. Whether change is happening indirectly or directly, where you are knowing or not knowing, the change always happens in our lives or around our lives. And human life thrives in change. And if somebody thinks not, I will not make changes, but I want to achieve more from life. Believe me, the cycle of growth will be tough, and you will miss the information part you get in the process of growth because your all focus is on your identity, and you are not letting go of that to grab new information and new experiences.
When you allow new information and new experience and you give yourself time on it to understand what is or what is not, then it starts to become part of your habits, and as something new gets part of your habits, then your whole personality and identity start, and here, where most people make mistakes, they start comparing with their old information and habits.
No, you can not compare your old beliefs with new ones; you have to let go. If not, then you are creating an invisible wall all around you, and later you will start thinking why I am not getting growth, improvement, success, or whatever you are looking for in your life to get your next level.
You have to allow, you have to let go, you have to understand, you have to design, and most importantly, you have to change according to your experience and information, never comparing with your old date of life, then the real changes start happening in your life.
Most of the time, life is simple. It says, Hey buddy, you have this much time to do whatever you want to do. Explore that much you want to do, and I will give you lessons based on your activities, and if you are ready to receive, I will give that much in your limited time of your life that you can not amazing. But people start thinking I have life to live and allow themselves to get stuck in their negative emotion patterns, and they never try to achieve something new in the fear of what will happen.
But people always forget that life is death and death is life. Time is change; change is time. If not today, then when?
Here we will look at some steps and thinking that can help you get on track with the right information and approach that anybody needs, so let’s see.
Be Clear
Be clear on your why, which means why you want to change your life. When you know the reason behind your action and plan, then only you can perform at your best, and in the middle of any setbacks, your why can be the backbone of your resilience approach; otherwise, you will quit and leave in the middle of the journey as you face any big obstacles of your life.
So yes, it is good to make plans and goals about how to, how not to, what to do, and what not to do, but as you miss your why and you are not clear of your reason, then the percentage of success gets hit because the reason no matter in any area of life you are looking for growth, your clarity matters and will always matter.
Disappear
Disappear for a certain period of time; this can play a huge role in your process of how to change your life. Disappear does not mean you learn a magic thing and become invisible; no, it means you disconnect with other people who are not on the same path as your desired outcome. If you get somebody great, you all can talk and plan, and if you do not get, then start spending time with yourself where you learn as much as possible about in whichever area of your looking for change.
Here you have to change your old fate with new data; it means more reading, watching educational videos, listening podcasts on your growth topics, and whichever is possible, you are doing all for a certain period of time, and as you do one time, your thinking and actions will change according to your new information, and this can be your turning points if you keep driving yourself and never allowing yourself to stop at any given situation of your life.
Mastery
Try to master any one skill, especially when you are stating your journey, as you do get experience and are aware of the process in depth on that skill. Later in your life, with that experience, you are creating multiple sectors, which you think right now about how that can happen or how that person does it.
Always remember, mastery does not mean you know everything. No matter if you are at the peak of the field or somewhere in the middle, where you think is enough for me, you can make and you will make mistakes.
So never try to attach yourself to any plan or any process that will only put me on top. No one plan or approach can put you at the top of your field. Your approaches always should be based on your outcome and experience, and whatever information you are getting from there, then the real changes come and growth can be incredible.
Rest
On the journey of change where you are working to change your life that requires work and hard work at the beginning, and obviously with hard work somewhere exhaustion will come, and here you rest comes in picture.
Most people think hard work can get you to the top; yes, it can, but when you are not processing your data, which you are collecting with information and experience from time to time, then the result can be difficult, and here your rest plays a huge role. It is the time to process all your data and allow them to connect and allow your intelligence to make something out of time.
And here you are writing down all the thoughts that are coming because later it can play a huge role. And when you do not allow yourself to rest, believe me, hard work can play but can not put you alone on the top or whatever change you are looking for.
So how do know when you need rest? Your body and mind are much capable of giving you indications when you need rest. I will suggest always trying to push the boundaries from your previous one and taking breaks regularly to perform at your best.

Everything happens for a reason, so stop expecting and start accepting or start doing where your changes in your life will happen. You have to just start, and through your experience, you have to make adjustments in your life, and you have to keep going no matter whatever comes your way. You adjust, recreate, make you try, and do things till you achieve your goals and your life outcomes. This is the only way to change your life to the highest possible outcome on your term.
